Life force with Eva

Hi there🤍🌻 I'm Eva, Life force activation facilitator (Kundalini activation IDA), somatic healing practitioner, knowledge seeker, dreamer, explorer, a unicorn for some, a trigger for others, but nonetheless, I'm simply me. And it is so lovely to have you here! Why Life force with Eva: 🌿 My own journey of navigating through burnout, self - harm, depression and healing from abuse has brought me to trying out different modalities and methods for healing and self-exploration. Cultivating a field of safety that's nurturing to the nervous system on my sessions is always going to be a priority before anything else. 🌿 In my practice, nothing is ever forced or pushed. Come as you are. And go at your own pace. 🌿 I believe all of us deserve to create a life filled with peace, joy and magic. The power is always within you, and we are here to help each other see it. 🌿 My approach in energy work is trauma - informed, and I combine Life force activation sessions with somatic healing practices in order to assist with the integration process after the sessions. 🌿 I create free online monthly sharing circles, where you get to connect with a safe and nurturing community to support your integration process. 🌿 I'm always learning and expanding my knowledge, and I'm forever grateful for your trust and for embarking on this journey of exploration together🤍
