As an E-RYT 500 and YACEP-certified yoga teacher, my lifelong passion for movement and self-discovery emerged during my childhood in South Africa. My formal yoga journey began at the Sivananda Ashram in London in the late 1990s, and deepened through my teacher training in Kerala, India, in 2007. My teaching style weaves together the grounding traditions of Hatha and the fluid energy of Vinyasa, with inspiration from the Ashtanga lineage. I guide groups, private students, and corporate clients in practices that integrate movement, breath, and mindfulness to restore harmony between body, mind, and soul. Through personalised guidance and gentle adjustments, I support each student in using yoga as a pathway to balance, self-healing, and inner peace. Teaching and sharing yoga is, for me, an act of devotion and connection. It’s about holding space for others to pause, breathe, and reconnect with their inner selves. Alongside my teaching, I am a qualified holistic therapist with over 30 years of experience offering aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage and NLP coaching. This integrative approach allows me to support others in cultivating balance and wellbeing on a physical, mental, and emotional level. I am also a creative at heart, designing and handcrafting meditation malas that serve as both tools for mindfulness and expressions of beauty and intention.​
