Minerva La Rosa
I’m a FrancoVenezuelan Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and Mentor for yoga teachers. With over 8 years of experience teaching in Europe, mainly France and Spain and in Koh Phangan, Thailand for the past 3 years. My intention and passion is to share yoga as a holistic practice of transformation, expansion and self-awareness. Bringing together the ancient wisdom and the understanding of trauma and neuroscience. In my classes and in my mentoring sessions, I focus not only in building Asana sequences with coherence to respect the body, as well as always offering options to make it accessible for all students, but most importantly in the sharing of yoga philosophy as the main support tool for our modern life challenges and experiences. Breathing exercises (pranayama), purification techniques (kriyas), Meditation, Mantra chanting and Hands-on Assist, are also inherent parts of my classes and mentoring sessions. My knowledge comes from Jivamukti Yoga and the lineage of David Life, Jules Febres and Maria Macaya. Through my 300hr certification and the 800hr Jivamukti mentorship program. I’ve also completed the Informed Trauma Yoga training with Radika foundation in Barcelona, lead by Maria Macaya and three courses in Neuroscience with Nazareth Castellanos through Radika Foundation.
