With almost 15 years of teaching experience, I specialize in guiding others through practices that foster connection, balance, and well-being—both on and off the mat. My background includes a blend of dance, yoga, and somatic movement, and I’m passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for exploration and growth. I offer classes in Vinyasa Yoga, Slow Flow, Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, and Guided Movement. Whether you're seeking strength, stillness, or a deeper connection to your body, my approach is mindful, inclusive, and grounded in presence.
