Cornelia Andriana Yoga
Cornelia delved deeper into her yoga practice around 10 years ago. Soon, she completed her teacher trainings of 500 hours in Rishikesh, India. Since then, she has been teaching in various ways. Classes that Cornelia offers includes hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, grounding yoga flow, dance meditation, free dance, and more. In a yoga class she likes to incorporate flow of asanas with meditation, pranayama, and mantras. While she loves to hold space and teach, she has continuously embarked as a student on this spiritual journey. Some additional teachings she brings with her includes mindfulness, transformational leadership, and healing. Growing up dancing and having studied within the professional dance field extensively, Cornelia has a profound interest in movement, both as an art and as a form of healing. These teachings also inspire her classes, in practical alignment, as well as finding ways to listen to the self, the body and how movement can be both soft and strong, yet effortless if we allow it.
