Founded in 2020 by Marina Regner and Paulo Vilaça, the International Martial Arts Academy (IMAA) brings together decades of experience and passion for martial arts and combat sports. With over 30 years of combined practice in a wide variety of styles, the founders established IMAA to create a comprehensive training environment that values discipline, respect, and personal growth. Their vision is to offer high-quality instruction rooted in tradition, while embracing modern approaches to physical and mental development.
