Cha Dao ~ Tea Ceremony 茶道
Sön 31 maj 10:00
An ancient practice rooted in the Zen tradition of Cha Dao, The Way of Tea, inviting us to meet the present moment in simplicity and grace. The Bowl Tea Ceremony is a humble and meditative practice where tea is shared in silence and presence. Through the simple acts of pouring, serving, and receiving, we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and return to the peace that already exists within. The ceremony supports nervous system regulation, grounding, clarity, and deeper awareness. Many experience a quieter mind, a softened heart, insights, inspiration, or a deeper sense of connection and inner stillness. The tea served comes from organic, high-quality old tea trees, carefully sourced to preserve the purity, spirit, and living intelligence of the tea. A simple yet profound practice of presence, connection, and remembrance. Open to all levels of experience. ~ Sigrid is a tea sommelier and space holder devoted to the practice of Cha Dao, The Way of Tea. She trained in ceremonial tea at Dragon Tea Temple in Bali under tea master Barry Bouillon, where tea is held as a living practice of presence, simplicity, and connection. Her work is rooted in stillness, embodiment, and the intelligence of presence. Alongside tea, she has over a decade of experience in transmission-based practices and the exploration of life force energy. Through ceremony, her intention is to create grounded and nourishing spaces that support clarity, inner connection, and a deeper return to oneself.
