A deep breathwork class to help you slow down, mental noise, and consciously create the version of you you want to live from. We will do gentle conscious connected breathwork guided by Monika Molander (@monikamolander), followed by a long section of sound healing by Annika Norrgård (@sjalskraftmedannika). You will leave feeling clearer and more connected to your vision and intention for 2026. PRACTICAL INFORMATION: - Doors open 10 minutes before the class starts so you have time to settle in - Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing (preferably no tight bras). - Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before the class. A small snack is ok, but too much food in the system will make the breathing feel uncomfortable. SAFETY INFORMATION Breathwork is a powerful technique, if you have any of the following please consult a doctor before attending: - Epilepsy - Cardiovascular disease - Pacemaker (consult your doctor) - Very high blood pressure - Are pregnant - Are taking antipsychotic medication - Glaucoma or detached retina - A history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder - Untreated PTSD - Have recently experienced trauma - Have had a stroke or TIA - Suffer from severe osteoporosis - Have recently had surgery Any questions, reach out to Monika at monika@theselflovepath.com.
