Pranayama & Flow Join me for a refreshing vinyasa yoga class where we'll kick things off with a envigorating breathwork sequence to align & focus our energy, entering heart-brain coherency and lowering stress hormone production. We'll then flow through dynamic movements designed to open the heart and strengthen the body, focusing on building flexibility, balance and awareness. Leaving us rejuvenated and centered. All levels welcome!
