Welcome to a restorative breathwork session! During the breathwork session we will use the Complete Breath Technique - a deep yogic breathing pattern combined with breathholds. The emphasis in this session is on a more gentle, restorative breathing that invites you to feel deeply and encourages healing. The session is suitable for all levels, even if you have not tried breathwork before. We will cover the basics of the technique, and you will be guided throughout the session. There is a lot of research and science on breathwork and some of the benefits may include: - Anti-inflammatory effect - Boosting immune system - Releasing stress hormones from your system - Strengthening of respiratory system - Releasing emotions and traua - Elevating mood - Increased mental focus and clarity Make sure that your clothes allow you to breath without any restriction. Otherwise, just show up as you are! There is no need to bring any yogamats or other props, but it would be recommended to take with you a bottle of water. NB!
