A 5-hour immersive journey of inner alchemy, movement, and embodied integration. There are moments in life when something clicks. When breath leads you back into the body. When movement becomes medicine. And silence feels full again. This isn’t a ceremony. It’s not a class. It’s a recalibration. Alchemy:Rewire x Mindful Movement is an intentional arc of nervous system transformation: From deep inner stillness — to primal liberation — to grounded presence. We begin with a full 2.5-hour Alchemy:Rewire journey — A breath-based method designed to expand your capacity, elevate your internal state, and rewire your system from the inside out. Through CO₂ tolerance training, breath retention, and gentle stress adaptation, we’ll enter the space between tension and release — where your biology becomes your breakthrough. When the breath has softened the armor… We move. Mindful Movement takes over — freeform, uninhibited, guided by rhythm, not rules. There are no steps to follow, no expectations to meet. Only movement as truth, and the body as the teacher. We close with a gentle landing meditation and space for integration — Because real change doesn’t just rise. It settles. --- This experience is for you if: • You’re seeking more than peak states — you want to train a new baseline. • You’re ready to move — not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. • You want to combine deep nervous system work with unfiltered, embodied expression. • You know your system is wise — you just want to give it the space to speak. --- Time: 16.30 – 21.30 Date: Friday, May 31st Location: Karl Johansgatan 29 Price: Early Bird (until May 25th): 650 SEK Regular (May 26th–31st): 800 SEK Spaces are limited.
