Welcome to an evening of reducing stress and anxiety! A yoga class where we will focus on stimulating the vagus nerve 💭 The vagus nerve is the longest nerve in our body, and it is closely connected to our rest & digest system (parasympathetic nervous system). I invite you to a sweet practice where we will activate the vagus nerve with yoga poses and breathing exercises. Level: Open for all Language: English Location: Ester Adèle Studio - Sankt Paulsgatan 22, Södermalm. Ring the bell for "Entré" and the teacher will open for you. Mats and props can be borrowed at the studio. Doors lock 5 min before the class so please come in time.
