Kundalini Activation & Non-dual Winter Weekend Immersion

30 nov - 1 dec 2024 Studio MOON in Norrtälje, Sweden 🌙 Welcome to a weekend immersion during two days and 6h each day where we will explore the most natural state of yourself and your inner being, deepen your consciousness and connect more to your true self. With three experienced space holders: Pernilla, Navid and Malee, you will be taken on a journey of self-discovery. Together, we’ll travel through the depths of your being, unveiling hidden dimensions of yourself and guiding you back home. Back to your true and authentic self. This weekend immersion will take place in Studio MOON in Norrtälje. It is a space for you to bring yourself back to wholeness and your true essence. 🌀 The first day we will start by connecting with each other and have an introduction to the different sessions that we will share with you. Then we have our first Kundalini Activation, a break and then our first introduction and exploration of Non-duality. After that we will take you on a journey during a unique session with the three of us combining guided meditation, energy work and sound journey. 🌀 The second day we connect in the morning and invite you for some movement practice before we have our second Kundalini Activation. After lunch we dive deeper into Non-duality and end the day with a special session that takes you to the depths of your infinite true being and then back towards your finite body - to fearlessly and freely unleash that unique avatar into this play of life. Times: Day 1 - Saturday November 30 - 13:00-18:00 Day 2 - Sunday December 1st - 10:00-16:00 Are you new to energy work? We recommend you to contact Pernilla if you are unsure if you are ready for a weekend or if we should schedule a private session prior. After trying a private session you will know if it resonates and if you'd like to go deeper. If you travel and need a place to stay there are several options in Norrtälje. • Berglings Boutique Hotell is really nice, just a few minutes walkning from the studio. We got a discount code for you so you get 10% off and they have rooms with several beds if you want to share with other participents we can organize.
