KAP Go Deeper is for you who has tried KAP at least once before (online or in person doesn’t matter!). We will skip the intro and dive right into the transmission. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions 🌺 ♾️ KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process and is a transmission of raw life force energy and awareness. It's a way to awaken your life force energy and expand consciousness. All you have to do is to lay down on the mat with closed eyes, relax, surrender and open up to what shows up for you while music is played. During the class spontaneous movements can arise, emotions can be released and you may feel bliss or peace. Every KAP class is different and as it’s a very natural process you get exactly what you need. What happens on the mat is one thing, but KAP starts a process in you which can strengthen your intuition, raise your aliveness and deepen the connection with yourself and others. It starts a deep transformation if you are open to it 🤍 It doesn’t matter if you try an online or in-person class, I love both as other people can trigger a release or expansion in in-person classes, but I usually have a more intimate experience in an online class. Talk to me first if - you have epilepsy - you are pregnant in 3rd trimester - any questions ❤️ You will receive the zoom link prior to class via email. No refunds, but ticket can be used in another online class, send me a message and we’ll figure it out 🤍 What you need to know: The session is aproximatly 1,15 h in total. A “Go Deeper” class has no intro or demo and you start directly with laying down on a mat on the floor. Then music will be played and the transmission starts, which is about 1 h. After there will be a sharing for those who want to share but you can leave straight after if you need to. Preparations 🌱 Create a user account at Zoom (http://zoom.us or download the app) before hand. 🌱 Preferably stream from a laptop/computer/iPad as I will be able to see you better, but smartphone will work too if you don’t have another option. 🌱 Use a yogamat or similar and prepare a spot at home where you will not be disturbed (bathrooms are fine too!) and feel safe to surrender. I need to be able to see you horizontally, head to toe preferably. 🌱 I will share music via Zoom and the music should be played as loud as possible. Therefor headphones or external speakers is recommended. Recommendations 🌱 Eat light during the day until 2-3 hours before the class and avoid alcohol or stimulating substances preferably 24 hours before the class 🌱 Wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely 🌱 Arrive 5-10 mins before the class to land and ground yourself 🤍 Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions I’m so happy to hold space for you!
