I blend therapeutic yoga, self-massage and breathwork to release deep muscle tension and soothe your nervous system. You’ll learn how to do trigger-point massage with tennis balls— a deeply satisfying and accessible method to hydrate tissues and unlock new space in your body. My approach is from functional movement, but guide you to connect with your felt-experience to support you to move honestly & authentically. With various breathing techniques, we’ll move through gentle dynamic flows, longer restful holds, and a calming finish with essential oils and restorative yoga nidra meditation. This practice supports better sleep during the Lofoten summer, eases chronic pain, and helps ease that “wired but tired” feeling. No experience needed— come as you are.
