As valentine's day approaches, we would love to share and explore the art of recognizing and liberating the inner dialogue that resides within us and that keeps us from loving ourselves unconditionally. This means you become willing to love every aspect of yourself without judgements or conditions - especially the parts of yourself that you often wish were different. Unconditional self-love lies within each and everyone of us, regardless of our past circumstances. In our session, we will first delve into the theme of cultivating unconditional love into our lives, recognizing the fundamental truth that we must first cultivate love for ourselves before extending it to others. Our journey continues with a guided breathwork session, focusing on experiencing radical self-love and dismantling behavioral patterns that may hinder our progress. It’s essential to recognize that beliefs are not external entities; they exist solely within the realm of our minds and persist only as long as we hold onto them. Once you have unconditional love for yourself, you can then offer it to others. We will close the session with a sharing circle and the drinking of rose petal tea, known for its energetic properties of healing and opening the heart space; the perfect way to integrate the effects of the breathwork.
