Gentle Vinyasa Yoga – Wednesdays at 18:30 This class is rooted in the tradition of Vinyasa yoga and guides you through sequences that strengthen the body, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Movements are synchronized with the breath, inviting you to stay present in every transition. You will always have the opportunity to adapt each posture to your individual needs and how your body feels that day. The pace is slower than in more dynamic Vinyasa classes, giving you time to sense and refine every movement. The soft rhythm and mindful breathing also help regulate the nervous system, fostering a sense of stability and grounding. Sequences build gradually, allowing the body to warm up step by step before moving into more complex or deeper postures. In some classes, optional elements such as journaling or personal creative reflection may be included to support emotional presence and self-connection. Note: Classes are held in English and Spanish.
