What kind of Breathwork is the course? *Holopropic-like Breathwork * Tetra Breathwork, also called Awakening and healing Breath, activates the natural healing system on the body, opens up the heart and may bring the experience of spiritual awakening. The techniques are based on the circular breath, which is a conscious connected breath. The inhalation is followed by exhalation and then comes the inhale again, so the in- and outbreath can build a continuous circle. The flow of the session begins with a short part of getting your physical body a bit activated, followed by laying down with your back on the mat & dedicating your time to connect with your breath and start your Breathwork journey. We will finish the session with integration time and a sharing circle. Throughout the session we let us support by different kind of earthy, watery, fiery and airy music. Who is Breathwork for? Everyone who: * is a beginner of breathing (with awareness) or who´s already experienced with Breathwork * who wants to feel a better energy flow * enjoys the power of self-healing and their authentic - self * wants to relieve emotional & mental health conditions * likes to improve their sleeping quality * wants to optimise health, performances & recovery (e.g. Athletes) Who is THIS Breathwork NOT for?
