This is a more gentle and slow yoga practice, where you move every single joint in your body as well as creating an active breath. What is very unique and beautiful about this practice is that you can pretty much do it anywhere at any time, as you don’t need a yoga mat, it is all a standing sequence but can also be practices sitting down in a chair if needed. It is a very complete, nourishing and vitalizing yoga practice for body, mind and soul. Throughout this practice we are diving into the attributes of The Five Elements to truly reconnect with what we are made of and bring them back to life within us.
