Join in at this entry point of your breathwork journey. What is actually breathwork? This is the perfect class to start with to get an understanding of breath and breathwork. We will thouroughly guide you through the details of the breathing technique before you dive into your own experience. Before joining a virtual breathwork class, we recommend the following points: - Always breathe in a safe environment, meaning laying or sitting down. - Find a safe, calm space where you preferably won't be disturbed (e.g: bed, sofa, floor). - Wear comfortable, loose clothing. We recommend a blanket and eye mask. - Download the Zoom App software (this is the platform all virtual classes run through). - Click on the link or add the zoom id manually and set up your camera and microphone. - Arrive on time to each class. Logging in late may mean your guide will not let you in. If you have any health conditions, such as epilepsy, heart conditions or if you’re pregnant. Please consult with your doctor before doing deep breathwork classes.
