Shake the Dust is a somatic deeply transformative embodied movement practice of the body, heart, and mind, and a form of activism through movement that can help you increase capacity to be with what is, move anxious, frustrated, stagnant or restless energy and release tension. Each session invites you to shake off what no longer serves, personally and collectively, and to reclaim your body as a powerful tool for change. This is a practice for ALL. Whether you’re a yogi, a seeker, or simply ready to move with purpose, Shake the Dust is your invitation to take up space, break patterns, and come alive. We journey between perpetual movement, rest, release and free movement. With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement (some yoga sometimes too), pilates, somatics and body weight training, not to mention a carefully curated playlist, this class is designed for anyone.
