We spend so much of our lives moving, doing, thinking, and rarely just being. A few years ago, on a solo trip, I found myself returning to something very simple, nature. Over time, it became a quiet way of coming back to myself. Nature has a way of settling what feels scattered. It brings a sense of ease, something I now feel called to share. I will be holding a small group session where we will walk together in silence, with guidance.
