Welcome to this 90-minute pop-up session designed especially for women. This class combines a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow with foundational Hypopressives, supporting your body from the inside out. There will be a shorter sharing circle. We will move through: • A soft yoga flow to open the body, with focus on the chest and hips • Movements to release tension and soften the muscles • Hypopressive foundations, including • Lateral (ribcage) breathing • Body awareness and alignment This session is women-only and especially beneficial if you: • Have given birth or plan to in the future • Are in perimenopause or menopause • Want to support your pelvic floor, core, posture, and nervous system in a gentle way Yoga mats are provided. We will gather at Fasciakliniken, Tingsvägen 17, Sollentuna. This event is primarily created for local moms, but all women are welcome. Language: English and Swedish or Swedish only.
