✨ Kakaoceremoni & soundhealing – för närvaro och hjärtats kontakt ✨ Välkommen till fyra unika ljudcirklar i höst där vi utforskar ljudets kraft genom instrument, röst, vibrationer och närvaro i kombination med ceremoniell kakao med dess hjärtöppnande effekter. Inga förkunskaper behövs. Välkommen precis som du är 💚 Ljud, vibrationer och ceremoniell kakao har i alla tider använts som verktyg för kontakt, fördjupning och gemenskap – ofta i samband med att man samlats i cirklar. Genom soundhealing får kroppen möjlighet att slappna av på djupet, nervsystemet kan hitta balans och spänningar – både fysiska och känslomässiga – kan mjukna och släppa taget. No prior knowledge is required. You are warmly welcome just as you are 💚 Sound, vibrations and ceremonial cacao have since ancient times been used as tools for connection, deepening and gathering in circles. Through sound healing, the body is invited to relax deeply, the nervous system can find balance and tensions – both physical and emotional – may gently soften and release.
