At this place called "Getgrottan" we practice a little check-in. With a bodyscan we are able to focus on feelings in different parts of our body. Here we set an intention for this mini retreat and then we go completely in silence through an old forest. Our goal is a rock on a hill where we can sit or lay down and start our meditation. While I'm reading a dream meditation which I have written by my own, you can completely relax and discover your inner imagination. Let yourself be seduced by gentle music that blends with the sounds of nature. When you arrived back to the here and now from your imaginative journey, we start the second part of our retreat - the warming cacao ceremony. While enjoying a plant-based ceremonial cacao drink you have the opportunity to reflect what you have experienced by using your own journal.
