Spinning Nights is an evening inspired by the ancient whirling meditation tradition of Sufism. Have you ever spun long enough for the world to blur and something inside to become very clear? This is your invitation. First, we build your foundation. We begin with a 45-minute workshop where you’ll learn different techniques of how to spin. You’ll experience how to align your body, ground yourself and regulate your breath. You’ll discover how to work with dizziness rather than against it. Then we move into a one-hour spinning journey supported by an immersive soundscape through a powerful sound system. You are always free to pause and return to movement in your own rhythm. The evening closes with grounding breathwork, integration, and warm ginger tea. Come, spin into presence and meet the still point within.
