The class will start with some of the benefits you can experience when practicing breathwork and a brief glimpse of the science and historical background of breathwork. next, we guide you through alternate breathing exercises, breath holds, and a relaxation phase. You will leave the class feeling relaxed and clear-headed. level:beginner to advanced You don’t need training clothes, but wear comfortable clothes, whatever that means for you. My name is Madalina and I am passionate about yoga, breathwork and everything in between. I started my yoga journey 10 years ago and since then, I am teaching different kind of classes like vinyasa, power flows, yin and restorative. Breathwork is my meditation, helps me find clarity and connection with myself. My purpose is to help you connect with your body and your breath, not only on your yoga mat, but beyond. Join me!
