End your day by connecting with yourself 🧡 This 30 minute yin yoga class will give you a chance to reflect, recenter back to yourself and calm down before going to bed. We will focus on self-compassion and calming down the nervous system. Show up as you are, wherever you are, on your mat / towel / floor. You can also stay for an evening meditation afterwards - no extra charge. 🙏 You don’t need any special equipmemt with you. If you’d like to and have access to - some pillows and a blanket can be nice to have.
