FREE Writing Workshop

A powerful yet gentle approach to reconnect with your inner voice and take it back. This writing workshop is inspired by the Write Your Self methodology, where the core principle is simple: You Decide. You choose your pace, your boundaries, and the depth of your exploration. In this step, we will take a look at how you can create space for writing in your life. Both on the inside and the outside. You have a right to your own writing space. Your very own room, where everything you are and have brought with you fits in; where you can test your voice and your words, shape stories out of your experiences, your ideas and dreams; and where you can find your path forward in life. My role is to offer a soft structure and invitations that help you listen inward with curiosity and care. This session is a sneak peek into a longer, more expansive journey with the method. A chance to taste what it’s like to write from the body, from truth, and from the quiet places within. About the Write Your Self method Write Your Self aims to help people reclaim their voice and power of choice following trauma and other difficult life experiences. The method was developed specifically for writing after trauma, but it can be applied successfully in other situations too as a tool for self-empowerment and for taking charge of one’s path forward in life. Research and trauma therapeutic work show that after trauma, we need space to put what we’ve experienced into words, and we need companionship in the process. We need help to piece our stories and our lives back together. Writing and writing with guidance are good methods to do this, and can be used both separately and as a complement to other forms of treatment and support. About Your Guide Pari is a 28‑year‑old writer from Gothenburg, Sweden. And has been shaped by a life that has carried her far beyond her hometown, through Australia, Spain, and Portugal. She works with Digital Marketing but has always been guided and driven by her love of storytelling. Her writing journey began at the age of nine, when gifted a small diary that opened a doorway into imagination and reflection. Since then, words have been her way of understanding the world, connecting with herself and connecting with others. For the past 15 years, yoga has been a grounding presence in her life, reminding her to trust her intuition and move with life’s natural rhythm. Especially with her ADHD diagnosis. She holds a deep belief in the quiet magic of the universe, how curiosity and openness can gently lead us to where we’re meant to be.
