Breathwork (new moon) Studio





Breathwork is a fantastic and transformative tool, which triggers new inspiration and creativity, healing and release and helps you reprogram unfavorable subconscious beliefs, to become more of your True Self. Through a very simple breathing technic, which requires no prior-knowledge you will be guided into a transcendental state, where your higher and subconsciousness connect, which brings exactly what is needed into your awareness. Depending on your personal journey and day form examples of that can be everything from epiphanies, emotions (from euphoria till sorrow and grief and everything in-between), subconscious programs and new insights that have to be integrated or released. I combine my Breathwork sessions with the lunar circle, to use the effect the lunar circle has on us, for extra strong effect, and to connect us more with nature again and its inherent circle of death and rebirth. So sessions will be held within 3 days post or prior to every full and new moon, when the energies of the moon are strongest, and will not necessarily follow a rigid scheme of specific weekdays, though I try to find dates and times that fit for many working people. To use the energies of the lunar cycle the most the general theme of every full moon will be release/letting go and inspiration/integration on new moons. You might think that the new moon sessions sound like more fun, and I agree, they are also my favorite, but the release part of the cycle is equally important and both are a necessarily for growth. It is not possible to integrate new things if one is filled up with old stuff. But if you have done Breathwork before you will probably know from your own experience, that all themes and intentions are good but in the end, it will always bring forward exactly what you need at that time, which can be quite different from what we expected. Disorders, conditions and concerns that can benefit from Breathwork are: General feeling of being lost, stagnant, uninspired or discontent Writersblock Unresolved grief and loss PTSD and unresolved trauma Alcohol and drug addiction General anxiety Panic attacks Depression Phobias Anger problems Chronic pain and physical tensions Sleeping problems Chronic stress Breathwork is a really powerful and save tool that can help a lot of people but is not advisable for people that suffer from cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, epilepsy or history of seizures. As well as people in heavy emotional or spiritual crises or people suffering of psychological illness (excluding depression and PTSD) which are NOT in treatment or LACK adequate support. If you have any heart or other medical condition take counsel of a medical doctor and inform me prior to the session. Also let me know if you are pregnant, it is save and a lot of pregnant women are doing Breathwork, but we will do a softer version of the technique.
