TABATAYOGA is a full-body workout that integrates: • Breathing techniques and Sun Salutations: To initiate the session with focus and energy.  • Tabata intervals: Consisting of 20 seconds of intense activity followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds.  • Targeted exercises: Focusing on areas such as upper body/core, legs, hips, back and abs.  • Yoga flows: Inspired by Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga to promote flexibility and balance.  • Relaxation and meditation: Concluding the session to ensure a holistic experience. This structure is designed to provide a comprehensive workout that builds strength, improves flexibility and fosters mental clarity.
