LAST CLASS FOR THE SEASON - DON’T MISS YOUR CHANCE! Pilates is the ultimate buzzword right now, and for good reason! The Pilates method works those deep, hard to reach-at-the-gym-muscles, all while aiding your mobility and flexibility. You will leave the session feeling stronger and longer every time. You are welcome to stay after the session to hangout and grab a matcha (or coffee!) at one of the closer cafes. IMPORTANT❣️ • Bring your own mat (or a simple towel)! • Meeting point is by the main entrance of the National Library after which we walk to our spot together. ABOUT ME✨ I’m a fully qualified mat & reformer Pilates teacher with 3 years of experience in the field. I originally did my training in London with London Pilates Academy and now teach at various boutique studios in Stockholm. I’m fluent in both English and Swedish, I tend to teach in the language my clients prefer. My passion for health stretches far beyond the physical realm, I’m currently studying holistic nutrition with my own practice launching in Oct 2024.
