The first time with a little baby is overwhelming. You’re happier than you’ve ever been, yet at the same time fragile and tired. Life with a newborn is tough on both the body and the mind. We go around carrying, soothing, rocking, and feeding in different positions around the clock, all while our bodies are still fragile after pregnancy and childbirth. Yoga is a wonderful way to train both physically and mentally. It’s the ideal form of exercise to ease back into training after pregnancy and childbirth, helping to rebuild strength with a focus on the back, core, and pelvis. No prior yoga experience is required.
