During the session, you can rest, receive, and follow the movement of energy through your body. Many experience spontaneous movements, emotional releases, insights, deep stillness, or a sense of oneness. LFA works with the body’s different layers – from the physical to the subtle and beyond personal identity – helping you release blockages, balance your energy, and come closer to yourself. Music and the facilitator’s presence support the process, a journey through body, mind, and consciousness, where everything becomes one – and returns to the body’s and life’s magical flow. Before the session To give yourself the best possible experience: ✔ Arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in and find stillness. ✔ Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. ✔ Eat something light before the session so your body can stay relaxed and receptive.
