Reiki healing is used for stress reduction, to promote harmony and balance of mind, body and soul, to reduce anxiety, depression and fatigue, it enhances sleep quality, boosts the body's self-healing ability, supports the nervous system, helps relieve pain and eases discomfort. By working with the energy in and around us, we create better conditions for our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. The benefits of Reiki healing are many as it encourages a healthy flow of energy and supports the release of energy 'blocks' in mind, body and spirit. We will start the session with a conversation where you get the opportunity to share anything you want and if there is anything specific you would like to work on. Then you will sit comfortably in a chair as I take you through a heart healing session where I support you to balance and harmonise your heart. Following this, you will be guided to relax back on a cosy massage table (with clothes on). I will work on your physical body and your energy field (aura) while you rest back, relax and receive the healing energy of Reiki. If you like, I can play some soothing music and enhance your experience with aroma therapy and sound healing.
