Includes Yoga, Pilates & holistic exercises every weekend .Designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while supporting overall wellness throughout 3 months. It’ll be a structured program of 12 weeks, centered around Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, and Pranayama/Breathing techniques—all designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Twice in a week. We’ll meet every weekend Saturday -Sunday. Two batches are available: Fees :1400kr for 12 weeks(24 classes) - Beginner Batch – 8:35 AM — ideal for those who want to learn proper alignment and prefer a slower, mindful pace. - Advanced Batch – 7:25 AM — suitable for practitioners looking to build flexibility, strength, and support weight management.
