Join us for a nurturing Hatha yoga session. Start your week in beautiful and calm surroundings. In this class, you will be guided to strengthen, stretch, and balance your body and mind. We focus on classic yoga poses for longer periods, performed at a gentle pace with mindful movements and soft flows synched with breathing. The session ends with a lying relaxation, allowing body, mind, and breath to settle.
