The Senaual Magnetic Self: Feminine Empowerment

This is YOUR INVITATION as a lived experience where I share my passion and wisdom at Europe is Female's local event here in Gothenburg October 1st!!! So what is the workshop or experience about..?! In the lush woods outside of Gothenburg 20 women from Europe are deep diving into sisterhood and growth, for a week. And I'm invited to hold space for them and You, and guide you all into deep Embodied Empowerment. About the Experience: The Sensual Magnetic Self - An Embodied Way into Feminine Empowerment There is a power that lives in your body. The radiant, unapologetic, embodied art of harmonizing polarities and showing up in authentic truth. It's a presence that doesn’t ask for permission, it simply s FELT. This workshop is an invitation for all that identify as women or wish to explore feminine empowerment practices, to awaken that CONNECTION, in a safe, trauma-informed & consent-based space. Together, we will explore how presence & the FELT SENSE, expanding our senses in SAFE communion, becomes a pathway into deeper empowerment—not as performance, but as embodied truth. What you'll experience * Somatic practices to befriend yourself, & understand that Sensuality starts with Self * Gentle, guided explorations of movement, sound, & breath that restore connection as your birthright. * Tools to regulate your nervous system so empowerment feels safe & sustainable. * Practices of witnessing & being witnessed, understanding self- worth * Becoming more of who you are * A supportive field of community & communion It is about remembering the innate radiance of your sensual self. It is about allowing your presence to ripple into the world—softly, fiercely, magnetically, & unapologetically YOU You are welcome here exactly as you are.
