We invite you to an expansive and liberating Bhakti Night at Hela Hälsans Hus, Saturday, the 27th of June, 16:00 - 19:00 A journey through Mantra & Heart Songs Guided by Bella & Chris, Path of the Heart We will start our journey of Devotion in motion, with filling our cups with The medicine of Love, Inviting in Mama Cacao to the space And into our hearts, into our voices. To then embark on the journey through sound and Mantras, also known as divine speech 💫 May this be a homecoming, A remembering of the power of sound. As we explore the bridge between the Individual and Universal Consciousness Through Nada(sound) Yoga In CommUnity 🙏🏽 Afterwards we will be enjoying a “potluck Community dinner”, so feel free to bring something to the table and stay for a grounding dinner- digesting the Magic! (A potluck is where everyone brings something to the table, to create a full delicious community meal) Come as you are, Bring an instrument if you wish! And your favorite mug!
