Restorative Yoga – Slow down, soften, and simply be. This class is an invitation to pause, breathe, and gently return to yourself. We’ll move through a slow and mindful sequence of floor-based poses, each held for a few minutes to allow the body to release without effort. The focus is on nervous system regulation, conscious breathing, and creating a sense of inner calm and grounded presence.
