This is a beginner friendly, full-body aerial yoga class that will strengthen your core, stretch your muscles, and allow you to relax at the end in the hammock. ✨️ Before the class: ✔️ To prepare for the class, please try not to eat anything heavy two hours before the class. ✔️ Wear comfortable, fitting clothes covering your legs and armpits, and remove all the jewelry. ✔️ Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated! To get to the Krønsj studio you need go through the gate and a small backyard. I am super excited to see you in the aerial class! ❤️
