A workshop that combines creativity & the deepening of self love. In the comfort & safety of our own home. ••• 🪄I made this one workshop for you who is interested and curious to try therapeutic art and embodiment. For a very low price for you, to get a taste bite of the online course that will be released later this winter. ••• I found that in a circle of women there is always so much healing that can take place. What ever our relationship might be to other women there is a big amount of support in the circles I create. To be yourself fully. Pealing of the layers and layers that we build up during the roller coster of life. I invite softness and authenticity. Fearlessness to own our own expression. In movement, painting & bringing that with us out to everyday life. Workshop Details 🕠 17:30-19:30 Central European Time This isn’t about learning how to paint. It’s about discovering that everyone can paint—releasing perfection and inviting a fun, easy, and fearless approach to creating. There’s no pressure for perfect results; in fact, many of my students find it freeing to throw away their paintings afterward, as a way of letting go of what was processed during the session.
