This is a space of shared stillness and bowl tea, where transmission happens through presence rather than effort. Through tea ceremony and quiet attunement, the field naturally supports nervous system regulation, clarity, deep rest, and subtle or profound inner shifts that continue to integrate into daily life. In this session, ceremonial bowl tea becomes a vessel for direct connection to Source. The nervous system is supported to soften and reorganize, awareness deepens, and a more embodied and stable presence can unfold. Bowl tea is an ancient Zen mindfulness practice, with roots reaching back to the Tang dynasty, where tea was held as a doorway into stillness and awakening. Using tea from wild, old tea trees, this ceremony becomes a meeting point between the pure intelligence of the Earth and the silent awareness within. This is also a powerful complementary practice to Source Transmission, supporting you to anchor more deeply into the body while naturally opening the more subtle layers of awareness. A group coherence is created, and as we attune to the truth of our being, what is not aligned often begins to reorganize itself. Many experience grounded clarity, insights and realizations, inspiration, or a quiet sense of inner knowing. The practice is subtle and deeply embodied, while still offering access to higher realms, where spirit and Earth begin to merge into one. Open to all levels. No prior experience needed. Session duration: approximately 90 minutes. Spots are limited to 10. Please arrive on time. Doors close 5 minutes after start time, as the ceremony begins in stillness and cannot be interrupted. Source Transmission follows this ceremony for those who feel called to stay for a full-day immersion in the field. There is a one-hour break between the spaces. ~ About Sigrid Sigrid has spent over a decade devoted to transmission-based practices and the direct exploration of life force energy. She was one of the co-creators of the Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) and trained facilitators internationally for several years. While her work has roots in the same field as LFA/KAP, her approach today is slower, more holistic, and deeply focused on long-term integration, embodiment, and nervous system coherence rather than peak experience. This work is not connected to any lineage or organization. It is a self-sourced and lived practice that continues to unfold through presence, listening, and direct experience. Her intention is to support each person in finding their own clarity and inner independence, learning to live guided by Source rather than external authority. She is also trained in the way of tea and ceremony, and has served ceremonial bowl tea at Dragon Tea Temple in Bali, where tea is held as a living practice of presence.
