Sometimes therapy isn’t about fixing something that’s broken - it’s about finding your way back to yourself, gently and courageously. As a therapist trained in Integrative Psychotherapy with a foundation in Psychosynthesis, I offer a warm and grounded space where you can explore what feels difficult, reconnect with your inner world, and grow towards greater wholeness, presence, and self-compassion. Therapy can support you if you: - Feel stuck, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed. - Experience stress, exhaustion, or difficulties setting boundaries. - Are navigating a life transition - a new job, relationship, or phase of life - and want to stay connected to yourself. - Notice repeating patterns in relationships or self-criticism that keep you small. - Wish to understand yourself more deeply and live in alignment with what truly matters to you. - Wish to process things that have happened in the past and are still holding you back from living the life you want to live today. My therapeutic approach I work integratively, combining methods from Psychosynthesis, Gestalt, CBT, ACT, Schema therapy, and trauma-informed therapy, as well as mindfulness and somatic awareness. Each session is shaped according to your unique needs. Together we explore: Inner parts and patterns that influence how you think, feel, and act. Body-based awareness and breathing to regulate the nervous system. Reflection, journaling, or creative methods for self-understanding. Practical tools to integrate insights into everyday life. The process unfolds in your own rhythm - gently, respectfully, and with curiosity. Sessions & Practical Information: Session length: 50 minutes Location: In person (Åre / Östersund / Stockholm) or online (via Google Meets or WhatsApp), Walk & talk in nature Languages: English and Swedish I work under professional confidentiality (Tystnadsplikt in Swedish). About Laura Kurapkaite I am a Certified Therapist within Integrative Psychotherapy with the basis in Psychosynthesis. I also hold certifications of Mindfulness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and have a Master’s degree in Medical Science. My work integrates science and presence - supporting you in reconnecting with your essence, restoring your energy, and living from a place of authenticity, empathy, and inner strength.
