Sisters you are all welcome to a creative loving space for free flow painting, where the focus is on your personal expression. We will work intuitively with colors, shapes and movement on paper, letting the creative process guide us. No previous experience is needed. This is my first workshop since becoming a mother, and it would mean a lot to create together again. And my baby daughter will join us so it will be extra fun and a special occasion. This is a painting-focused workshop, this time there are no yoga mats or longer embodiment practices but we do bring in the mind-body’s longing for what wants to be expressed as our guide in this journey. An invitation to slow down, turn inward and allow space for inner reflection through the creative process. To play, move and reconnect with your creativity as we welcome the energy of summer(!!) back into the body through painting. All painting materials are included come as you are and wear something that you can get a stain of paint on.👩🎨 No refound if you cannot join, but you can give your spot to someone else just contact me if that’s the case.
