Breathwork (lunation integration)





Breathwork is a fantastic and transformative tool, which triggers new inspiration and creativity, healing and release and helps you reprogram unfavorable subconscious beliefs, to become more of your True Self. Through a very simple breathing technic, which requires no prior-knowledge you will be guided into a transcendental state, where your higher and subconsciousness connect, which brings exactly what is needed into your awareness. Depending on your personal journey and day form examples of that can be everything from epiphanies, emotions (from euphoria till sorrow and grief and everything in-between), subconscious programs and new insights that have to be integrated or released. Lunation integration Breathwork are online breathwork sessions, which take the transformative energies of the moon cycle into consideration, for an extra strong effect. Theses online sessions will be held within 3 days post or prior to every full and new moon, when the energies of the moon are strongest. To use the energies of the lunar cycle the most the general theme of every full moon will be release/letting go and inspiration/integration on new moons. You might think that the new moon sessions sound like more fun, and I agree, they are also my favorite, but the release part of the cycle is equally important and both are a necessarily for growth. It is not possible to integrate new things if one is filled up with old stuff. Besides the invite to the live session you will always get a replay of the session, in case you can not attend the live session or want to deepen your inner work and do the session again. The replay will be available for 2 weeks and you can play it as many times as you like. As you like, you can join a specific session, but there will also be a package offer for every month with a reduced price. As well as people in heavy emotional or spiritual crises or people suffering of psychological illness (excluding depression and PTSD) which are NOT in treatment or LACK adequate support. If you have any heart or other medical condition take counsel of a medical doctor and inform me prior to the session. Also let me know if you are pregnant, it is save and a lot of pregnant women are doing Breathwork, but we will do a softer version of the technique. Do not take any mind-alerting substances at least 24 hours prior to the sessions!
