A four-week Level 3 course for those who have attended our regular Mama & Baby classes or feel ready to boost their workout. All exercises are 100% postnatal-friendly and carefully designed to help you rebuild strength, stability, and connection after pregnancy and birth. Rooted in Pilates, the course also incorporates functional strength training using your own body and simple props like resistance bands, flex bands, mini balls, blocks, and light weights. Led by our founder Nikie – a Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience, a licensed personal trainer, certified postnatal trainer, and mother of three.
