Welcome to recieve KAP online In the loving and comfortable surrounding of your own home ~ or place of choice. Recieve the transmission of raw life force energy A virtual session can be an equally powerful way to experience your life force energy. Please note that online sessions does not include a demonstration. Please connect to the meeting 15-20 min early so that we can start on time. The meeting will start 15min before and I will stay after the class for anyone who wants to share longer or have questions. What you need to set up for success: - A stable internet connection from your computer, laptop or tablet. - Have a zoom application installed or use Google chrome as browser to connect to the meeting. - On the same day as the class, 1 h before start time, you will receive the zoom link. - Prepare your space so that you can lie down comfortably (on the floor, yoga mat, sofa or bed) for an hour during the practice part of the session. I Will have to be able to see you, preferably full body and head, while positioned. - Make sure to have headphones or a speaker to play the music as loud as possible. Check your battery level on your bluetooth head phones. Send me a DM if you have any questions: **KAP ~ Kundalini Activation Process ~ 7 pm We start with Making sure that everyone is online ~ up & running. 60 minutes on the mat. ***** When I hold space, I aim to convey a soft, safe, and natural energy transmission of Kundalini (life force) and non-duality (higher states of consciousness, oneness). As a facilitator, I serve as a tool/channel for the energy, activating your own inner, innate life force. This force is clearly visible in animals and children ~ they live in their full power and express their emotions. By relaxing & surrendering, the energy can flow freely to where it needs to go. In the long run, this may lead to what is known as a Kundalini awakening. KAP is not dangerous, nor is it something that takes over you or your consciousness. KAP differs from other Kundalini practices such as breathwork and Kundalini yoga ~ where energy is generated through one's own willpower. In KAP, the energy is transmitted via the crown chakra, releasing blockages and stagnations, eventually reaching the root chakra and flowing freely between them. During the session, make sure you lie on a yoga mat or soft blanket, with your eyes closed. Its bLoud music is played while the facilitator activates the energy. Spontaneous movements, tingling fingers, stiff arms, twitches, or emotional releases such as screaming, laughing, and crying are common. These are natural reactions of the body and need to surface. Other sensations include seeing images, colors, having visions, feeling warmth or cold in the body. You may also feel heavy and cold, experience bliss, or simply rest in a state of non-duality, as if in a slumber. All you need to do is allow whatever wants to come up to emerge. Many experience this as a liberating, cleansing, and healing process. KAP strengthens intuition, brings you closer to your heart, and your true essence. Deeper insights and a richer perspective on life are something many experience when attending KAP regularly. Even though what happens on the mat is very pleasant and freeing, what truly matters is what happens in life outside the sessions. **PREPARATIONS ~ ONLINE SESSION ** • Eat lightly during the day and no later than 3 hours before the session. • Avoid coffee and caffeine. • Avoid alcohol and drugs. • Wear comfortable, soft clothing. • Drink plenty of water during the day and also after the class, as the energy is highly cleansing. • You Will be able to sign in to the meeting 15 minutes before the session starts. **NOTE! Not suitable for:** - Those under 18 years old - Those with epilepsy - Those in the third trimester of pregnancy - Those under the influence of drugs or alcohol ~ Non-refundable. However, booked spots can be exchanged for another sessions. ~ Bookings are binding and non-refundable.
