Move Smart Kids is a movement-based class for children around 9 years old, both for those active in sports and for anyone who wants to learn how to move, breathe, and use their body in a healthy way. The class combines methods from Pilates, yoga, and functional strength training to build body awareness, coordination, flexibility, and control. Through playful, age-appropriate exercises, children learn proper movement patterns, balance, and mobility that support their growing bodies and help reduce the risk of injuries, in sports and everyday activities. Simple breathing techniques are gently introduced to improve focus, body control, and recovery, while encouraging calmness, confidence, and presence. This class is not about performance or competition. It’s about learning smart movement habits early, building trust in the body, and creating a strong, resilient foundation that supports all kinds of movement, now and in the future.
