Tantra means expanding beyond limitations. So we want to consciously challenge ourselves in ways that inspire growth. However, it is very important to first create safety. The workshops in this festival make up stage 1 of a tantra practice, so we will focus on balancing our nervous systems, creating stability, understanding and listening to our bodies, and also slightly exploring connection with others. She teaches with roots in traditional tantra/ meditation which she learned when she was living in Bali and Thailand for more than three years. She now teaches neo-tantra which is relational based, modern Swedish tantra. She has lived in Sweden for five years. Mikael Lundström is a tantra facilitator, tantra therapist, breathwork holder and a shamanic prana practitioner Mikael invite you to be present within yourself and how to create deep connection with others. With a taste for the sensual, emotional and passionate pleasure. His clarity and consideration create a safe space for curiosity, contact, touch, and exploration. Celestine Stjernswärd is an event creatrix, TRE facilitator, ceremonial cacao guide, yoga teacher and founder of Studio Celestine Åre – a holistic meeting space for embodiment, inspiration, and connection. She specializes in nervous system regulation as a path to clarity, joy and presence. Arvid Nehlin has produced over 100 events. He is a musician who produces electronic music under the name Arvid Divra. His acoustic music is produced under the name Arvid Nehlin. He is passionate about connecting with others in authentic ways. She will be available during the festival for extra support if needed. Mateusz Krawiec is originally from South-West Poland and now residing in Sweden, Mateusz worked professionally as yoga and breathwork teacher for 10 plus years. Since 2009, Sound Therapy has been an integral part of his life, focusing on the physio-acoustic, artistic, and ceremonial aspects of sound.
